Q: Do you host on Unix or Microsoft Servers?
PZ Internet exclusively uses Unix servers which are very stable.
It is usually normal to have a machine up and running for a year
without needing to restart the system.
Q: Do I need a credit card to join?
No, it depends on how you want to pay. On our order form, push
either "Pay by Mail" or "Credit Card Payment". You can check the
list of Payment
Methods we accept.
The "Pay by Mail" feature will have a paper invoice mailed to you,
which you can return payment by either cheque or money order.
However, Domain Registrations must be paid by credit card if ordered
separately.
Q: What are your office hours?
We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm (Pacific Time). Leave
a voice message after hours, and we'll return the call promptly.
Technical Support can always be reached 24 hours by sending
e-mail to support@pzinternet.com
Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All of our hosting plans come with a 14 day no-questions asked full money
back guarantee. If you pre-pay 12 months in advance, and need to cancel
early, we will refund you the unused portion (minus any yearly discounts or
domain registration fees).
Q: What is your uptime? What about maintenance?
All regular maintenance is pre-scheduled and our customers are notified
in advance. Most maintenance can be done without disruptions of any kind. In addition,
our servers are monitored 24 hours a day should any problem occur. Backups are done
daily.
Q: Do you have Secure Transactions?
Yes. This is available with our
Corporate Hosting package. By using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that
we provide,
you can put your own secure order form on your website.
Q: How fast is your internet connection?
PZ Internet currently is hosted on multiple high-speed OC3 connections to the Internet
Backbone. We continually monitor our connections to ensure the fastest speed possible.
In addition, if one connection goes down, we have redundant links that take over via
BGP routing.

here.
Q: I have a question, but it's not answered here.
Please
send us your question
and we will consider adding it to our F.A.Q. to save time for
someone else in the future.
